Magic Mouse Bootcamp Windows 10
Hi all,
A week or so ago I installed Windows 10 on my 2015 MacBook Pro Retina with Boot Camp. At the start my Magic Mouse 1 and my keyboard were already paired. Today my mouse wouldn't click for some reason so I unpaired the mouse, now the mouse won't pair. In the Windows 10 Control Panel I don't see any drivers that aren't installed. - Use Apple Magic Mouse On Windows 10/8/7 PC For a more fancy touch to your Apple Magic Mouse experience on a Windows computer, you should download the software titled Magic Mouse Utilities.
- Right-click in Windows with Boot Camp on Mac. In Windows on an Intel-based Mac, you can do a secondary click, or right-click, using an Apple Mouse, Magic Mouse, or trackpad. Apple Mouse or Magic Mouse: Click the upper-right corner of the mouse. Trackpad: See Set trackpad options in Windows with Boot Camp.
Not a question per se, but something I thought might be helpful for others.
Scifinder software free download. I wanted to get my Magic Mouse (first gen) working with my Windows 10 laptop with Bluetooth 4.0.
- downloaded the latest version of the latest Boot Camp drivers from Apple's support site: https://support.apple.com/downloads/bootcamp
- Unzipped the file into a new directory and then opened BootCamp --> Drivers --> Apple --> AppleWirelessMouse64.exe
- Ran the installer
- Turned on Bluetooth and paired my Magic Mouse
The mouse works fine - left and right click works as does up/down & left/right scrolling.
Hope this helps someone looking to do something similar!
